The 7th Tristar Safety at Sea Conference, taking place on 10th November 2025 at the One & Only Royal Mirage, will once again position the UAE as a global maritime hub. The annual event brings together key stakeholders, regulators, and seafarers to address universal concerns around safety, mental health, and well-being at sea.

Held under the theme “Get Safety Right, Get Everything Right,” this year’s edition will feature high-level discussions, expert panels, and case studies focused on leadership, care, and practical solutions to enhance crew welfare and operational safety.

The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MOEI) will be represented by H.E. Eng. Hessa Al Malek, Advisor to the Minister for Maritime Transport Affairs, marking the Ministry’s third consecutive year of participation as an Honour Guest.
